Meet the Broker
Shane O’Neil
Shane O’Neil is our broker here at Madison Heights Realty Group and the General Contractor at Vikin Homes. He is a proud husband to his wife, Aimee and a proud father to his daughter, Teagan. He is a Tampa native that loves being part of the ever-changing landscape of this wonderful city through real estate and construction. He attended Jesuit High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and he still remains very involved in both school’s alumni programs. After building homes for five years, he jumped head-first into the world of real estate as a complementary business to his home building company. Leveraging his status and knowledge as a home builder is how he has acquired so many loyal and satisfied real estate clients. His clients and agents rely on, not only his real estate knowledge, but also his knowledge of construction when making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. His excitement and commitment to his craft is evident in the caring and enthusiastic way he takes care of his clients and agents. He is always eager to work with new clients and new agents. The people he gets to meet and help each day are what motivate him.
Some Words from Our Clients
The Madison Heights team exceeded all expectations that my husband and I had! I have referred them to two other family members and they both spoke as highly of them as we do.
They not only finished our buildout on-schedule(which is unheard of in construction!), but they also did the design beyond what I could have imagined on my own. More than impressed!
Shane helped our family sell our house and then buy a newer one. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood everything step of the very confusing transaction.
Madison Heights took a lot of extra time with my husband and I when purchased our first new construction home. The fact that they were the builder too was something that I think we took for granted.
